Vegan Yes, located on the bustling Brick Lane in London, serves up a culinary experience that marries Italian and Korean flavors in a vibrant vegan format. From the moment you step in, the warm hospitality from the owner sets a welcoming tone, as guests are treated to a delightful kimchi sampler that showcases the restaurant's commitment to flavor diversity. The menu is a testament to creativity and innovation, featuring standout dishes like the sushi burger—an ambitious fusion that captures the essence of both cuisines. The gnocchi, topped with a choice of kimchi and paired with homemade vegan parmesan, is delightfully filling and reflective of the chef's thoughtful approach to plant-based cooking. For dessert, the chocolate potato, enriched with a luscious chocolate sauce, is a unique creation that lingers long after the last bite. Patrons rave about the speedy service and personal touch, with many encountering the chef post-meal for engaging conversations. The commitment to plant-based eating not only extends to the menu but also includes a 10% donation to charitable causes, cementing Vegan Yes as a socially conscious choice. From the moment we arrived at Vegan Yes in London, we received a warm welcome from the owner. We were immediately treated to a small plate featuring a kimchi sampler with four distinct flavors—a clever way to let us decide which ones we preferred. We then ventured into the new vegan sushi dish, followed by a vibrant rainbow plate, a hearty pasta course, and a uniquely decadent potato-based chocolate dessert. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted, with the sushi plate standing out as an absolute highlight. Coupled with impeccable service and insightful recommendations from the owner, our meal felt both creative and satisfying. At roughly 100 for three main courses, one dessert, and two inventive cocktails, this was undeniably some of the best vegan fare I’ve experienced in the UK

A really fascinating fusion of cuisines- Italian and Korean. Food was very delicious and they had quite an extensive variety of unique dishes. Love the story behind the owners of the restaurant and respect how they donate 10% to a good cause. We didn’t have to wait to be seated and service was fast too. Would def revisit to try out the other items in the menu!

The best vegan food we had in London. If you're vegan in London this place is a MUST VISIT!! Plenty of options to suit all moods and palates, we didn't book ahead of time but the place is small enough and filled up very quickly! After our meal the chef/owner sat down with us and chatted with us and signed the recipe book we bought! Will absolutely be visiting again on our next visit!

This is a very wholesome restaurant serving healthy and delicious food. Their dishes all feel home made and the portions are quite filling. I would definitely recommend getting their sushi burger, it’s so good and their pink sauce is so unique. For desert, I’d also recommend getting their chocolate potato. Again, a very unique dish and the chocolate sauce is mouthwatering! We also had the pleasure of meeting the chef who is such a fun person! I can’t wait to come here again to try their kimchi pasta!

Second time visiting. A new menu; same high standard and exciting fusion of Italian and Asian. Real personal service. Every meal starts with a kimchi tasting. I'll be honest, the only thing I didn't like was the non alcoholic gin cocktail. However, everything else was exceptional. Hot chocolate was a dark horse and delicious addition to the mochi.

Excellent service and a great explanation of the different types of kimchi they offer. You get a little appetiser with the different flavours, which helps you navigate the menu afterwords. We loved all types so decided the order the rainbow kimchi salad. We shared the Tramezzino dish (a plate with 3 triangular vegan sushi sandwiches). Good thing we shared because it would have been a lot for one person! For drinks they have lots of homemade fermented drinks and also cocktails. We decided to have the kombucha, which was delicious. We ended our lovely lunch with a dark chocolate mochi. 10/10 recommend.

Lovely and cosy little restaurant. Friendly staff and dog friendly. Loved their food, very tasty despite being vegan. Happy to come back.

A hidden gem! I passed by chance and so glad I did. I had the hot chocolate with rum, and white fungus salad (tasty and would come back even just for this!!) The service was amazing and welcoming, will come back here with family.
